Michael Suyak

Michael Suyak is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Process Optimization at Morton Salt since March 2022. Prior to this role, Michael spent over a decade at Cargill, holding key positions including Senior Network Planner, where optimization of the salt evaporation product line was a primary focus, achieving significant savings in freight costs. As a Supply Network Manager, Michael successfully maximized results for the solar product line by deploying an optimized enterprise operating plan, and earlier served as a Logistics Manager overseeing warehouse management and logistics coordination for the Cargill Texturizing Solutions business unit. Michael holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Walsh College.
