Megan L. has extensive work experience, primarily in the restaurant industry. Megan started their career in 2004 at Mo's Restaurants, where they held various roles including Executive Assistant, Project Manager, and most recently, Director of Marketing & HR. In November 2019, they took on the role of Director of Marketing & HR and is currently employed in this position.

In 2017, Megan also co-founded NOOK, A Paleo Influenced Diner, a new concept restaurant aimed at providing healthy and flavorful meals in a casual environment. Megan fulfilled the role of Co-Founder until June 2019.

Megan L. attended Saint Mary's University of Minnesota from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Business. Additionally, they obtained a Human Resource Management Certificate from IUPUI in August 2009. In September 2019, Megan completed the Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
