Abigail Yeo

Abigail Yeo is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent and leadership development across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Assistant Director for Manpower and Talent at the Agency for Integrated Care in Singapore, Abigail has been pivotal in HR capability building, workforce planning, and job redesign since April 2020. Previous roles include Vice President of Learning and Development at DBS Bank, Talent and Development Consultant at Chubb, and Manager positions at MOH Holdings and the National Council of Social Service, where efforts focused on talent engagement and capability development. Abigail also has experience in leadership development with the Public Service Division and a foundation in HR as a Senior HR Officer at A*STAR. Abigail holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
