Hagen Ong

Hagen ONG is an experienced HR professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Hagen has held positions such as Chief Human Resource Officer at the Agency for Integrated Care, HR Director at Schaeffler (Singapore) Pte Ltd, and Assistant Vice President at MetLife Asia Limited. ONG has also worked at various other organizations, including Monsanto Singapore Co. (Pte) Ltd, SINGAPORE TELECOMMUNICATIONS LIMITED, Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Manpower. Hagen ONG has a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) degree in Political Science from the National University of Singapore, which was obtained from 1997 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree (Merit) in Arts and Social Sciences from the same university from 1994 to 1997. In 1990 to 1991, they attended St. Andrew's Junior College (Commerce) to study Commerce, and from 1986 to 1989, they attended St. Andrew's Secondary School. In 2017, Hagen ONG also received a certification as an Insights Discovery Practitioner from the institution Insights.
