Koay Felice

Koay Felice has extensive experience in the field of education and training, currently serving as the Manager of Learning Enablement at the Agency for Integrated Care in Singapore since October 2018. In this role, Koay assists in managing the AIC Learning Institutes Network 2.0 initiative, focusing on training for Community Care Sector staff. Previously, Koay held the position of Senior Training Specialist, where responsibilities included designing training plans to enhance staff and volunteer performance. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Lecturer and Assistant Program Leader at Dimensions International College, and as Program Leader and Lecturer at Informatics Academy Pte Ltd, contributing to various hospitality and tourism programs. Koay began a career in education as a lecturer at TMC Academy, overseeing various learning activities. Koay holds a Master’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management, both from the University of Toulouse Le Mirail.
