Noel Cheah

Noel Cheah has over four decades of work experience, starting in 1978 as a Commando Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). noel then transitioned to the healthcare sector, working as the COO at the National University Hospital from 2009 to 2018. Following that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Gleneagles Kota Kinabalu Hospital from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Noel Cheah is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore), a position they started in July 2020.

Noel Cheah has completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School. They also hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours degree in History from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Defence Studies/ADFA from UNSW.
