Richard Facioni

Richard Facioni is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the retail and private equity sectors. As the Founder and CEO of ACTA Capital since February 2021, Richard leads a specialist private equity firm focused on retail and consumer brands. In addition to this role, Richard serves as Executive Chairman of Alquemie Group, a multi-channel retailer known for brands like EziBuy and SurfStitch, and as Chairman of Mosaic Brands Ltd, where significant business growth has been achieved. Richard has also held various leadership positions including Executive Director at Alceon, Chairman at Cheap as Chips and Eptec Group, and Non-Executive Director at Marlin Brands. Educated at The Wharton School and the University of Sydney, Richard holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Structural Engineering.
