Jennifer Stewart

Jennifer Stewart, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources. Jennifer is currently the Director of Human Resources at Mosaic Medical, a position they have held since February 2016. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as a Human Resources Manager at Mosaic Medical from July 2014. Jennifer also previously worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at the same company from September 2013 to July 2014.

Before joining Mosaic Medical, Jennifer worked at PacificSource Health Plans as a Senior HR Generalist from May 2010 to September 2013. In this role, they were responsible for leading the recruitment process and managing the HRIS and applicant tracking system.

Jennifer's experience in human resources also includes working as an HR Generalist at Clear One Health Plans from August 2006 to August 2010. During their time there, they handled the recruitment process and managed HRIS and applicant tracking systems.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as an HR Generalist at T-Mobile from December 2003 to August 2006. In this role, they supported management staff regarding performance management, compensation, and employee relations. Jennifer also conducted thorough investigations and followed up on appropriate actions.

Jennifer's career began as an HR Assistant at iSKY from February 2002 to November 2003. Jennifer was responsible for payroll issues and communications, as well as educating employees on benefits and HR practices. Jennifer also held the role of Assistant Supervisor/Lead CRA at iSKY from September 2000 to February 2002, managing a team of twenty associates.

Prior to their work in human resources, Jennifer served in the US Navy as an Aviation Storekeeper from September 1996 to September 2000. In this role, they coordinated the purchasing, shipping, and inventory of aircraft parts and equipment, as well as managing the command's budget.

Jennifer Stewart, SPHR has an Associate of Arts Oregon Transfer degree in Business from Central Oregon Community College. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Linfield University. Jennifer has additional certifications, including "The Leading People Program™ 2023 badge" from Moementum, Inc. and the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
