Megann Dastrup

Megann Dastrup is an experienced Nutrition Services Manager and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist currently with Mosaic Medical since May 2016. Previously, Megann served as General Manager at Garlands Oak Creek Lodge from March 2011 to December 2015, overseeing operations and promoting a farm-to-table philosophy. From July 2009 to April 2012, Megann worked as a Registered Dietitian at Fit Kids of Arizona, focusing on combating childhood obesity and promoting wellness in the Verde Valley community. Additionally, Megann held the role of Clinical Dietitian at Verde Valley Medical Center from July 2009 to January 2011, enhancing patient nutrition therapy and menu options. Megann holds a Master's in Dietetic Administration from Utah State University and a Bachelor's in Dietetics from the same institution, complemented by an AS Degree in Science from the College of Eastern Utah.
