Rachel Szalay Gerken has extensive work experience in the field of behavioral health. Rachel is currently the Director of Integrated Behavioral Health at Mosaic Medical, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Inpatient Behavioral Health at St. Charles Medical Center from July 2019 to November 2021. From September 2012 to July 2016, Rachel was the Unit Head of the Mental Health Clinic at the University of Washington. Before that, they worked as the Program Director at The Moore Center from March 2009 to September 2012. Rachel's career in behavioral health began at Ryther Child Center, where they served as the Chemical Dependency Program Director from an unknown start date to 2009.
