Shannon Donald

Shannon Donald currently serves as a Program Assistant at Mosaic Counseling & Wellness, having begun this role in November 2022. Additionally, Shannon has been actively involved with the Suburban Service League since March 2016, holding the positions of President since June 2022 and Vice President from June 2021 to June 2022. This non-profit organization focuses on providing financial assistance in the southern suburbs of Chicago through fundraising events. Prior professional experience includes roles as a Project Manager at SPi Healthcare and SSC, where responsibilities encompassed implementation of scheduling systems and managing resources, as well as working as an IDX Senior Software Analyst at GE Healthcare. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Aurora University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Truman State University.
