Kristine Cruz

Kristine Cruz is an Associate at Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP in Dallas, specializing in employment-based immigration and visa matters since March 2022. Concurrently, Kristine serves as a Staff Attorney and Legal Program Director at Mosaic Family Services, Inc. and has been a Research Fellow at the Constitutional Law Center for Muslims in America since August 2016, where responsibilities include drafting legal documents for federal courts and researching immigration policies. Kristine's previous experience includes a summer internship at the U.S. District Court, where research focused on bankruptcy and foreclosure cases, and serving as a Summer Law Clerk with the Office of the Attorney General. Educated at SMU Dedman School of Law with a JD and The George Washington University with a BA in International Relations, Kristine has also held leadership roles such as President of the Philippine Cultural Society.
