Paul Pruitt

Paul Pruitt is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant management and consulting. As Co-Founder of Mosaic Hospitality Management since January 2022, Pruitt focuses on innovative hospitality experiences and maximizing financial outcomes. Pruitt also serves as Founder and CEO of New School Consulting, a Los Angeles-based agency specializing in progressive hospitality concepts since October 2012. Additionally, Pruitt is a Partner at Best Friend by Roy Choi in Las Vegas and Owner of SUPERHUNGRY. Previous roles include Co-Founder of The Coterie Club, Partner at Yours Truly Venice, and involvement in various prestigious establishments such as The LINE Hotel and BLT Restaurants. Pruitt holds a degree from The University of Southern Mississippi.
