Sourav Saboo is currently the Director Finance at Mosaic India since June 2015. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Associate Director- Business partner at Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd (MTS India) from March 2009 to May 2015, Deputy Manager at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from August 2007 to March 2009, and Assistant Manager at Bharti Airtel Limited from January 2005 to August 2007. Sourav has a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Diploma in IFRS from The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and a degree in Company Secretaries from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. They also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounts from Bhawanipur Education Gujrati Society College.

Mosaic India through its CSR project named Krishi Jyoti in Mewat and Alwar has covered more than 80 villages and has positively impacted the lives of 60000+ farmers in the last 10 years. Mosaic trains local farmers for better soil nutrient and optimal water management which has helped in achieving up to 35% increase in yield. Water management is a key part of the program under which 10 check dams have been constructed so far helping in harvesting of over 23 million gallons of rain water annually. Education is the third area under which renovation of 24 schools and its infrastructure including sanitation, drinking water and play grounds has been undertaken. This intervention has directly resulted in 20% increase in girl child enrollment and has benefited more than 6000 students.
