Katie Anderson

Katie Anderson serves as General Counsel at Mosaic since October 2021, having held multiple leadership roles including Deputy General Counsel and Director of Human Resources. Previously, Katie was a Partner, Director, and Vice-President at Broude Smith Jennings & McGlinchey PC, where responsibilities included negotiating commercial agreements, managing mergers and acquisitions, and overseeing commercial real estate transactions exceeding $250M. Katie has also worked at Westermann & Associates, Oracle, the US Small Business Administration, and Blue River Partners, acquiring extensive expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and legal advisory for various sectors. Katie holds a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law, a BS in Political Science from Texas Christian University, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University.
