Mervin Singson

Mervin Singson is the current Chief Financial Officer at Mosaic. Mervin has held this position since February 2021.

Prior to their current role, Mervin served as the Chief Financial Officer at BB Living Residential from March 2019 to February 2021. Mervin was also the VP Corporate Finance at AV Homes, Inc. from May 2015 to March 2019 and the Chief Financial Officer at Traditions of America from April 2014 to May 2015.

Mervin began their career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen, LLP from September 1994 to August 1998. Mervin then became the Operations Manager at Pulte Group, Inc. in September 2000 and held that role until July 2004. Mervin was then promoted to Corporate Audit Manager at Kmart Corporation where they worked from September 1998 to August 2000.

Mervin Singson completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in accounting at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

Mervin Singson works with Ron Gonski - VP, Business Development and Growth, Ray Gonzalez - EVP of Operations, and Max Leiserson - VP of Technology. Their manager is Salman Ahmad, CEO and Co-founder.
