Marilyn Carper

Marilyn Carper has over four decades of experience in human services, with a significant focus on quality management and operational excellence. Since December 2001, Marilyn has held various leadership roles at Mosaic, including Quality Management Senior Professional and Director, overseeing organization-wide quality assurance initiatives. Prior to this, Marilyn served as the Operational Excellence Director, responsible for internal quality assurance and training development for Mosaic agencies in Nebraska. From 1992 to 2001, Marilyn was a DD Program Specialist at the State of Nebraska DD Division, liaising with community-based service providers and conducting certification reviews. Earlier experience includes roles at Region V Services, starting as an Apartment Supervisor and progressing through Social Service Worker and Coordinator positions, providing supervision and support to staff and individuals with developmental disabilities. Marilyn holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Services from the College of St. Mary and an Associate's degree in Human Services from Metro Tech Community College.
