Paula Burton

Paula Burton has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Paula started their career as the Director of Human Resources at Omnium Worldwide from March 1998 to June 2002. Paula then joined American Red Cross-MRBS as the Director of Human Resources from 2002 to 2004. Following this, they worked at Signature Performance Inc as the Vice President of Human Resources from October 2004 to November 2010. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Mosaic since April 2012.
