Paul Carter

Paul Carter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in design and management. As the Founder and Chairman of Mosaique since January 1990, Paul has played a crucial role in leading a creative team to produce high-quality design work. Prior to this, Paul served as a Strategic Solutions Consultant at Igloo Software and as a Consultant at AIPEX B.V. from 2017 to 2024. Paul also contributed significantly to Mosaique New Media Ltd as Managing Director, providing advanced web solutions with CMS and CRM integration until 2012. Earlier career milestones include roles as Production Director at ART & DESIGN LTD, where responsibilities encompassed managing production and studio resources, and Group Product Manager at Brown Brothers, focusing on brand campaign management. Paul started the career as Design Manager at AMT PACKAGING LTD, liaising directly with high-profile clients. Paul holds a BA Hons in Industrial Design from Cardiff University and has extensive educational experience in design from Cardiff Faculty of Art & Design and St Ilan Comprehensive.
