Anja's earlier experience includes serving as the Senior Sales Manager at Hilton Greenville, focusing on corporate group sales and mentoring a sales team, as well as roles in catering management and event coordination. Anja's career commenced with positions at Soby’s New South Cuisine and Brick Street Cafe, alongside an internship at the Euphoria Food, Wine, and Music Festival. A former Division 1AA track and field athlete, Anja holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Furman University and has experience studying at Universidad Nebrija.
