Kalpana Rao

Kalpana Rao currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at MosChip Technologies since September 2022. With extensive experience in HR leadership, Rao has held significant positions such as Partner & HR Advisory focusing on organizational development and business excellence from 2020 to 2022, as President & Group CHRO at Atha Group from 2018 to 2019, and as President & CHRO at Alok Industries Ltd from 2016 to 2018. Previous roles include Head of Talent Acquisition at Diageo India and various HR leadership positions at Capgemini and TCS. Kalpana Rao holds a PG degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
