Rick van Hecke

Rick Van Hecke has extensive experience in the real estate and title insurance industries. Currently serving as a Settlement Officer at Mid-Atlantic Settlement Services since December 2020 and as an Instructor at Moseley Real Estate Schools, Inc. since August 2018, Rick has previously held positions as an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Tarbell, Realtors, specializing in probate and trust real estate. Rick was also the Broker/Owner of TitlePro Real Estate Solutions, where a strong focus on residential transactions and estate needs led to a high success rate in closing deals. Early in Rick's career, as Vice President of Sales at First American Title Insurance Company, leadership and operational management resulted in the closure of over 850 transactions annually.
