Angel Leon

Angel Leon, SPHR, SCP, GPHR, serves as the Human Resources Director at Moser Consulting since February 2020, overseeing essential functions such as Human Resources, Recruiting, and Resource Management, while also contributing to the Senior Leadership Team. In addition to this role, Angel hosts the weekly Ascii Anything Podcast, focusing on technology insights. Previously, Angel spent nearly 14 years at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where leadership positions included Supervisory Administrative Specialist and Acting Chief Administrative Officer for the Indianapolis Division, as well as administrative roles during overseas assignments in Santiago, Chile, and Bogota, Colombia. A former Human Resources Generalist for Cámara de Representantes Puerto Rico, Angel earned a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Universidad Del Este.
