Alicia (Roberts) Gardner, SPHR

Alicia (Roberts) Gardner, SPHR started their career at Energy Fuels Inc in 2013 as a Human Resources Specialist. Alicia created HR policies and processes, trained supervisors in employee engagement discussions and the disciplinary process, and implemented a timekeeping system. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Director at Vibes Fine & Performing Arts, where they supervised staff, created formal processes for all business functions, and executed all HR functions. In 2015, Alicia worked as the Director of Personnel at Child Development Center, implementing an HRIS system and providing counsel to management on employee relations, staff planning, performance management, and compliance. Alicia also worked as an adjunct professor at Casper College in 2014 and as a Voice Teacher at their music studio from 2009 to 2014. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Moser Energy Systems.

Alicia (Roberts) Gardner, SPHR earned a diploma from Kelly Walsh High School in 2002. Alicia then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance, General from the University of Wyoming in 2006. Later, in 2009, they completed their Master's degree in Music Performance, General from the University of Denver. In October 2022, they obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
