Galina Shaporda

Galina Shaporda is an experienced educator currently serving as a Multi Language Specialist and High School Science Teacher at Moses Lake School District since August 2019. Prior to this, Galina held a teaching position at Moses Lake Christian Academy from July 2011 to August 2019, focusing on Math, Science, and History. Galina's diverse experience includes roles as an Account Specialist at Basin Insurance Associates, Inc. from November 2000 to August 2019 and as a TRiO Science Instructor at Big Bend Community College in June 2018. Galina also taught Math and Science at Soap Lake High School from July 2006 to July 2011. Educational qualifications include an MS in Curriculum & Instruction from Western Governors University (2018-2019), a degree in Russian as a Second Language from New York University (2005-2006), a Bachelor of Education from Heritage University (2003-2006), and an Associate’s Degree from Big Bend Community College (2000-2002), alongside a High School Diploma from Day Star Christian Academy.
