Alexandra Mertsalova

Alexandra Mertsalova is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at МТС since September 2022 and at Moscow City Telephone Network (MGTS) since September 2013. Alexandra has held various roles at MGTS, including Head of IT PMO, Project - Release - Resource Manager, and QA. Alexandra holds a degree from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI), where education was completed between December 2006 and April 2012.
