Mike Rona

Mike Rona is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in organizational transformation and consulting. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Rona Advisors LLC since July 2021, Mike also holds the position of Partner in Healthcare Consulting at Moss Adams, where Mike been since September 2017. Previously, Mike was a Partner and Principal at Rona Consulting Group from May 2007 to September 2017, specializing in the implementation of the Toyota Production System in healthcare. Mike's leadership experience includes serving as President of Virginia Mason Medical Center from September 1991 to April 2007, where responsibilities encompassed overall operations and strategic direction. Mike's career in healthcare administration began in various roles at Virginia Mason Medical Center, The Mason Clinic, and Harborview Medical Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Hospital Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Whitman College.
