Mindy L. Deyoung

Mindy L. DeYoung is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in privacy and technology law. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Moss Adams since August 2018, Mindy designs and manages a privacy compliance program while advising on various legal frameworks. Previously, as Corporate Counsel at T-Mobile USA, Inc., from January 2016 to July 2018, Mindy provided strategic legal advice to enhance sales and innovation, focusing on contract negotiations. Prior to T-Mobile, Mindy worked as a Principal Attorney at Riddell Williams (now Fox Rothschild) from September 2008 to December 2015, where representation included advising clients on complex litigation matters and environmental compliance. Mindy's career began with a position as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Washington State Supreme Court and includes experience as a Legal Intern at GEICO. Mindy holds a JD, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law and a BA in English from Calvin University, where Mindy achieved Dean's List honors.
