Sean Kelly

Sean has practiced public accounting since 1992. He provides tax planning and compliance services to closely held businesses, public companies, and high net worth individuals in the manufacturing, distribution, and technology industries. Sean has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, compensation issues, entity planning and selection, and succession planning. Prior to joining Moss Adams, Sean worked for Big Four and regional firms and started his own tax practice.
