Jessica Guess

Jessica Guess currently serves as a Content Developer in Training and Development at Moss & Associates, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Jessica was an Assistant Teaching Professor of Writing and Rhetoric at Florida International University from August 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included delivering instructor-led training, developing job aids, and evaluating learner performance. Earlier experience includes positions as Adjunct Professor of English at Johnson & Wales University, Teaching Assistant at Minnesota State University, Mankato, Graduate Writing Center Tutor, and Writing Consultant at the University of Central Florida. Jessica holds a Master’s Degree in Creative Writing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, training in Applied Instructional Design was completed between January and October 2023.
