David Feinberg

In his role as General Counsel, David provides legal support and leads the company’s risk management and governmental compliance. As an attorney, David specializes in real estate law with primarily focus on Landlord-Tenant matters. He also has a wide range of experience in dealing with breach of contract, insurance coverage disputes, personal injury, and various employment and labor matters. David has a unique insight into the property management world, in that while attending law school he worked as a property manager. This experience has afforded him the ability to understand and relate to both landlords and tenants and utilize that knowledge to resolve disputes.
