Odd Ruud

Odd Ruud is the Director of Staff Innovation at Moss kommune. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Digital Transformation at EVRY Norge from May 2017 to June 2018. Odd was also the CEO of Digitale Gardermoen IS from May 2014 to April 2017. In August 2012, they founded and became the CEO and Project Manager of Ambulance for Tajikistan 2014, which raised funds to acquire an ambulance and medical equipment and donated it to a hospital in Tajikistan. Odd was also the Deputy Director of the City of Oslo's Agency of Development and Improvement from April 2009 to April 2014.

Odd Ruud has a research doctorate from SKEMA Business School in project and programme management, an executive certificate of excellence in innovation and entrepreneurship from University of California, Berkeley, a master's degree in Asian business trends from Nanyang Technological University, and an executive MBA in business administration and management from BI Norwegian Business School. Odd also has a certification in public procurements from City of Oslo, a growth and internationalization certificate from IMD, and a master of management from Handelshøyskolen BI. Their information technology credentials are from BI Norwegian Business School, and they have a bachelor's degree in economics from the same institution. Finally, they are a tax auditor from Norwegian tax administration university.

Odd Ruud reports to Hans Reidar Ness, Municipal Director. Odd Ruud works with Silje Hobbel - Director of Culture, Upbringing & Activity, Eli Thomassen - Director of Health & Coping, and Torunn Årset - Director of Planning, Environment & Technology.
