Mostardi Platt
Stuart Sands has worked in various roles since 2003. Stuart began their career as an Environmental Specialist 1 at Orange County Government in 2003. In 2005, they moved to Enviro-Equipment, Inc. as an Environmental Equipment Repair Specialist. In 2007, they joined Mostardi Platt as a Project Manager and was later promoted to Senior Project Manager.
Stuart Sands received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Environmental Health from Illinois State University between 1998 and 2003.
