Billy Edbrooke

Billy Edbrooke has significant experience in IT support and analysis, currently serving as an EUC Analyst and previously as a Service Center Analyst at Motability Operations Ltd since November 2018. Prior to this, Billy worked at AXA PPP Healthcare as a 2nd Line Support Analyst from April 2015 to November 2018, and held the position of IT Analyst at Andrews & Partners Ltd from April 2014 to April 2015, focusing on monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Billy's career began as an IT Administrator at Luggage and Case Store from March 2012 to April 2014, where responsibilities included managing e-commerce orders and website administration while completing an IT apprenticeship. Education was completed at The Grange School and Sports College from 2006 to 2011.
