Aly Busse has extensive work experience in the field of education and program coordination. Aly began their career in 2005 as a Program Coordinator at the Pacific Science Center. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Rutgers University as a Senior Program Coordinator and later as the Associate Director of the Rutgers Geology Museum. Since 2011, Aly has been working at the Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium, initially as the Assistant Vice President for Education and currently as the Associate Vice President for Education.
Aly Busse has a strong education background in the field of education and research. Aly earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in the years 1996 to 2000. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Secondary Science Education at Old Dominion University, which they completed in the year 2006. Currently, Aly is enrolled in the University of South Florida, where they are pursuing their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Measurement and Research.
