Adem Oduncu possesses extensive experience in IT management within the hospitality sector. Currently serving as Projektleiter IT at Motel One Group since May 2022, Adem previously held the position of Group Director IT & Applications at FMTG | Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group. Prior roles include Senior Manager Corporate Hotel IT Systems at TUI, where responsibilities encompassed IT strategy, budget management, and the implementation of standardized hotel systems across various brands. Adem's earlier experience includes significant positions at Oracle as a Software Consultant & Trainer specializing in OPERA PMS installations for major hotel chains, as well as management roles in various capacities at Kameha Grand Bonn and Accor. Adem is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Hochschule Wismar and holds a professional education qualification in hospitality from Albrecht Dürer - Dusseldorf.
