Kerstin Winkelmann

Kerstin Winkelmann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Group Head of Human Relations - People & Culture at Motel One Group since August 2010. In this role, Kerstin oversees recruiting strategies across Europe, talent and performance management, HR marketing, and employer branding, in addition to providing legal advice and supporting leadership teams. Kerstin also leads the One University initiative, focusing on strategic training development and quality management, while managing a significant annual training budget. Previous roles include Betriebsleiterin at Fördeblick Gastro- und Eventlocation and various leadership positions at Kempinski Hotels. Academically, Kerstin holds degrees in International Management and in Business and Hotel Management, along with a qualification as a Personnel Specialist.
