Larisa Serbina

Larisa Serbina is the VP, Strategy, Operations & Chief of Staff at Moth + Flame.

Larisa has over 15 years of experience in strategy, operations and M&A. Most recently, they served as Chief of Staff to the CEO at The Climate Corporation, where they were responsible for maximizing the productivity of the leadership team through the development and implementation of an operating model, annual planning, goal setting and metric development, and centralized company communications and reporting. Prior to that, Larisa was Global Digital Strategy at Bayer, where they led the development of new market segments and business models and negotiated across three legacy organizations to deliver the first ever digital strategy in the horticulture space. Her strategic focus was rooted in using technology to shift business models away from traditional sources of revenue to leveraging data in order to drive new value and increase productivity.

Larisa began their career in Corporate Development & Strategy at E. & J. Gallo Winery, where they worked on a variety of M&A transactions and strategic initiatives.

Larisa has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Stanford University.

Larisa Serbina has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science from Colorado State University. Larisa also has an Executive Program from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management.
