Saji Mathai

Saji Mathai has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain & Purchase Management at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd since February 2010, following a previous role as Assistant Manager-Operation. Prior to this, Saji held the position of Production Manager at Iringa Fruit & Beverages Pvt Ltd in Tanzania from November 2008 to February 2010, focusing on product development and process controls. Saji holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from MG University (1992-1995) and an MBA in Operation Management from NIBM (2008-2009).
