Shubham Tarale currently serves as a Business Project Associate at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd. since July 2023. Previously, Shubham held the position of Executive Trainee - VADP at IoTIoT.in from May 2022 to July 2022, excelling in preparing Business Overview reports and facilitating ISO certification for over 50 SMEs through error identification and root cause analysis. Prior to that, Shubham worked as a Lead Generation Executive at Totally Brand It from August 2021 to December 2021, where a 20% increase in qualified leads and a 15% improvement in conversion rates were achieved through effective cold-calling and relationship-building strategies.
