Samara Roche-Morales has extensive experience in program management and human resources. Samara began their career in 2005 at MCCS as a Human Resource Program Specialist, where they managed employee benefits and coordinated crisis management sessions. In 2010, they joined Marine and Family Programs as a Readiness & Deployment Support Program Specialist, where they developed training programs and provided briefings to high-ranking officials. Samara then became a Program Manager at MCCS in 2013, overseeing marine and family programs. Most recently, they served as the Director of Sales at Mother Daughter LLC starting in 2018.
Samara Roche-Morales obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration/Human Resources from Hawaii Pacific University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University, graduating between 2015 and 2017. In addition to their formal education, Samara Roche-Morales obtained several certifications, including "The Change Element" in August 2013, "7 Habits for Highly Effective Families" in March 2010, and "Four Lenses Training" in March 2010.
