Lauren Martinovic

Lauren Martinovic is an experienced studio manager currently employed at Mother Design since January 2023. Previously, Lauren held the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Creative Officer, Head of Design, and Managing Director at Mother New York from April 2019 to December 2022. Prior to that, Lauren worked as Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO, Executive Creative Director, and Chief Strategy Officer at Barton F. Graf, where responsibilities included operational and administrative support, heavy calendar management, and vendor coordination. Lauren's earlier roles include Office Manager at OppermanWeiss, where project management and office culture development were key focuses, along with freelance design work at Health Magazine and Women's Health. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Hunter College, with dual minors in Media Communications and Art History.
