Shane McDonough

Shane McDonough has over 20 years of work experience in the field of child and youth services. Shane began their career in 2000 as a Psychiatric Crisis Worker at Youthdale Treatment Center. In 2004, they moved to Aisling Discoveries Child and Family Centre, where they served as Manager of Residential Treatment Services. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Child and Youth Worker at the Toronto District School Board. Most recently, they have been working as an Operations Manager at Mother Raw since 2017.

Shane McDonough attended Centennial College from 1998 to 2001, studying Child and Youth Work.
