Sophia Toh

Sophia Toh is a Leadership Coach and Business Consultant. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Illuminate U Coaching and Consulting, LLC. Before this role, Sophia served as the Vice President of Finance Transformation and Chief Financial Officer for the Enhancers, Specialty, and Away from Home business unit for the Kraft Heinz Company. She was also with Procter & Gamble for fifteen years, serving in various finance and enterprise project leadership roles such as the Chief Financial Officer of Walker & Company Brands, a P&G subsidiary, and finance and accounting leadership roles in brand commercial delivery such as Braun & Crest, supply chain, information technology, retailers, global business service, accounting policies, etc. She was a DEI champion for twenty years in her corporate career, serving on the ERG board, a mentor, and coach. Sophia is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is certified as an Associate Diversity Coach and a Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder-Centered coach.
