Being a mom is a special gift and everyday struggle. It can be very challenging from an emotional, psychological and physical point of view. Most moms feel lost and alone at some point. Feeling lost, unfit and guilty can lead to anxiety and depression. If it is left untreated it will impact more than mom. A therapist can help to cope with emotions, reorganise and make sense of thoughts and feelings and develop a new focus on needs.
