Mohammed Ali Ouenzar

Mohammed Ali Ouenzar is an experienced healthcare professional, currently serving as Country Director at mothers2mothers since January 2023. Previous roles include Deputy Chief of Party for the ECHO Project at Abt Associates, and Country Director at PIVOT Works, Inc. From November 2009 to September 2016, Mohammed Ali Ouenzar worked as Technical Adviser for HIV Care & Treatment and Tuberculosis at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, also holding a Clinical Adviser position with the Ministry of Health. Earlier in their career, Mohammed Ali Ouenzar consulted on the decentralization of the HIV/AIDS program at Health Alliance International and served in various clinical leadership roles at Médecins Sans Frontières, including Clinical Director of the Pediatric HIV Clinic. Mohammed Ali Ouenzar began their medical career as Medical Team Leader at the Mohamed V Foundation for Solidarity. Mohammed Ali Ouenzar holds a Doctorate in General Medicine from the Faculté de Médicine et de Pharmacie - Mohamed V University in Rabat, Morocco.
