Debojyoti Bhattacharjee

Debojyoti Bhattacharjee has a work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Debojyoti is currently the Head of HR Strategy at Motherson Group since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Unilever as the National Capability Head from September 2015 to December 2020. Before their time at Unilever, they held the role of Field Readiness Manager at Asian Paints from October 2011 to September 2015. From June 2007 to September 2011, Debojyoti worked at NIIT Limited as an Assistant Project Manager, gaining experience in various areas such as implementation of HRMS, recruitment and induction, labor relations, rewards and job evaluation, and training on group dynamics and critical conversations.

Debojyoti Bhattacharjee has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Debojyoti also has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Labor and Corporate Laws from Delhi University, which they earned from 2002 to 2005. Their high school education was completed at The Air Force School (TAFS), Subroto Park from 1987 to 1999, with a focus on General Studies. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in areas such as performance, account management, project management, leadership, and sales skills.
