Gaurav Rishi

Gaurav Rishi is an experienced executive currently serving as Group Vice President and Head of Global Business Services at Motherson Group since January 2024, a prominent manufacturer in the automotive industry. Previously, Gaurav held the position of Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at powercloud GmbH, focusing on digitization strategies for energy supply companies. Gaurav has also worked at Alvarez & Marsal as an interim CxO, specializing in business transformations and digital strategy, and at Bosch Group as a Director and Chief Financial Officer, with responsibilities in corporate controlling and operations management. Prior to these roles, Gaurav worked at Deloitte & Touche GmbH in corporate finance and began a career in IT with CMC LTD. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business from the Asian Institute of Technology and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Finance from Technische Universität München, along with a B Tech in Instrumentation/Electronics from Kurukshetra University.
