Jeremy Rue

Jeremy Rue is a Senior Packaging Engineer at Motherson Group, specializing in managing inbound material packaging projects as a Tier 1 supplier to Mercedes, while optimizing cross-functional team processes. Previously, Jeremy served as a Process Improvement Manager at Stellantis, overseeing all manufacturing processes in two Paint Centers, and as a Paint Process Specialist, where significant quality improvements were achieved. Earlier roles included positions at Fidelity Investments and a variety of titles at General Motors, where Jeremy successfully delivered over 200 packaging engineering projects. Jeremy holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Human Resource Development from Oakland University.
