Prakash Thiyagarajan

Prakash Thiyagarajan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital and engineering services, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Digital and Engineering Services at Motherson Group since August 2020. Prior to this, Prakash held various leadership roles at HCL Technologies from August 2005 to August 2020, including Head of Nordics Sales for Industrial Manufacturing Engineering R&D Services and overseeing global presales for major sectors such as Aerospace, Automotive, and Medical Devices. With a rich background in presales, client mapping, competition analysis, and strategic support for large accounts, Prakash has effectively managed teams and complex bids across multiple industries. Previous roles also include National Account Manager at Tata Communications and various sales and management positions in technology firms, complemented by a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras.
